At Croft House, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for standard collection items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective crate or packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate with our specialized white-glove carriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the furniture from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our Los Angeles workshop, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
